CANCELLATION POLICY

To ensure we are able to deliver these courses, we ask that you take the time to read our cancellation policy below.

  1. If you’re cancelling further than 30 days prior to the course date:
    Refund of course fees MINUS $20 + taxes
  2. If you’re cancelling between 30 to 7 days prior to the course the date:
    Refund of course fees MINUS $180 + taxes
  3. If you’re cancelling within 7 days of the course date:
    Refund of course fees MINUS $300 + taxes

To illustrate, here are 2 examples of how the cancellation fee and refund will be applied:

Example 1:
Course Fee: $575 + HST (Ontario) = $649.75
Cancellation Fee (example: 30 to 7 days prior to course date): $180 + HST (Ontario) = $203.40
Total Refund: Course Fee ($649.75) MINUS Cancellation Fee ($203.40) = $446.35

Example 2:
Course Fee: $575 + GST (Alberta) = $603.75
Cancellation Fee (example: within 7 days of the course date): $300 + GST (Alberta) = $315.00
Total Refund: Course Fee ($603.75) MINUS Cancellation Fee ($315.00) = $288.75
